Jess. 25. 5’3”. 240lbs.

I weighed 160lbs when I got pregnant with my, now nearly 4 year old, daughter. I weigh more now than I did when I delivered her, and I’ve been struggling because the medication I am on causes me to gain weight.

The last guy I dated told me, and I quote, “Jess, you’re not ugly. Not to sound mean, but if you lost weight you would be gorgeous.” This really hurt me more than anything. I’m trying hard to become more healthy and be comfortable with my body. I’ve always been a curvy girl, but at this point in my life I’m not as comfortable being as big as I am :-\ But, when my daughter looks at me and says, “Mommy you’re so pretty,” it’s as if NOTHING else in the world matters.

So when I get upset or distraught about my weight I thikn about my daughter’s words… I’m trying to be more comfortable with myself.

 You shuld be totally in love with yourself just the way you are ! GORGEOUS !!! Im also in LOVE with that outfit !
